How long does an Abrasive Wheels Certificate last?
The certificate is valid for three years from the date of the successful completion of the training.
What does Abrasive Wheels Cover?
The Abrasive Wheels Awareness course that takes place in Edinburgh covers the following.

- How hazards arise from the use of abrasive wheels and precautions which should be observed .

- Strong handling and transporting abrasive wheels including flanges, washes, brushes and nuts used in mounting and including knowledge of the correct and incorrect methods of assembling all components and correct balancing of abrasive wheels.
Do you have to take a test at the end of the course?
There will be a short written assessment at the end of the Abrasive Wheels Awareness training course. You will receive a certificate of completion afterwards.
Do I need any certain qualifications before I take the course?
No formal qualifications or experience is necessary for the Abrasive Wheels training course, our Edinburgh based trainers are experienced in teaching and if additional assistance is required, they are happy to give it.
