Course Summary

The CIEH fire safety awareness training course is to provide all personnel with the knowledge of fire prevention and fire fighting skills.

The CIEH fire safety awareness training course consists of both theory and practical sessions which include:

  •     Fire Safety Legislation
  •     Liaising with the fire service and fire controllers
  •     Record keeping Evacuations
  •     Taking the correct action when you hear a fire alarm
  •     Choosing the right fire extinguisher for your workplace
  •     Ensure your workplace meets workplace fire safety laws
  •     Weekly and daily fire checks
  •     New staff safety inductions

Upon successful completion of the CIEH fire safety awareness training course, you will be entitled to a Certificate of Completion.

Who is it for?

All personnel within an organisation who must learn to fight a fire and use a fire extinguisher to meet the requirements of the Fire Safety Law would be recommended to take this course.
